This week’s Hero World Challenge, which began Thursday, marks the final time most of the best golfers in the world will tee it up in 2021. Jordan Spieth, Rory McIlroy, Collin Morikawa, Justin Thomas, Brooks Koepka and Bryson DeChambeau headline one of the best small-field events of the entire year as 20 of the top players in the world — and of the last decade — will play in a Tiger Woods-hosted event at Albany Golf Course in the Bahamas this weekend.Nineteen of the 20 golfers in the field are ranked in the top 50 in the world, and half of them are major championship winners. They’ll play this week on a wide-open golf course under what should be beautiful weather to round out what has been a truly spectacular year.Despite what should be a pretty low-key four-day stretch, there are still some interesting storylines. McIlroy is trying to win for the second time in his last three starts, DeChambeau is trying to close out what has been perhaps a bit of a disappointing year — he has just one win since his U.S. Open at Winged Foot last September — and Morikawa could get to No. 1 in the world with a victory on Sunday.Add it all up, and this weekend’s viewing should be awesome, especially when you consider that it’s the last time we will see this collection of players until the Tournament of Champions takes place at the beginning of January in Hawaii. All times Eastern; streaming start times approximatedRound 1 – Thursday Round starts: 11 a.m.Live TV coverage: 1:30-4:30 p.m. on Golf ChannelLive stream online: 1:30-4:30 p.m. on fuboTV (Try for free) and GolfChannel.com Round 2 – Friday Round starts: 11 a.m.
