2021 PGA Championship leaderboard: Live coverage, golf scores today in Round 1 at Kiawah Island

Practice rounds are complete and everything is ready for what should be a spectacular 2021 PGA Championship on the Ocean Course at Kiawah Island. The course has been a star thus far with wind and weather playing a nice supporting actor role in the lead up to the main event. The end result is that nobody really has any idea what this nasty monster of a golf course is going to do to 99 of the top 100 golfers in the world. We are not short on storylines outside the course, either. Jordan Spieth is going for the career grand slam, Rory McIlroy is trying to become just the 20th golfer ever with five or more major championships, and the No. 1 player in the world (Dustin Johnson) is trying to get three-quarters of the way to the slam in his home state of South Carolina. The first two days at Kiawah should be an absolute war as the best golfers alive try to navigate this place and take down the second major championship of the year.CBS Sports will update this story with scores and highlights from the PGA Championship below. Check out the live scores at the top of this story, a more detailed leaderboard, Round 1 tee times and our complete viewer’s guide. Watch Rounds 3-4 streaming live over the weekend on CBSSports.com, the CBS Sports App and Paramount+.
