MINNEAPOLIS — As the University of Minnesota men’s golf team celebrates its 100th season during 2021-22, the current members of the program reflect on what it means to be part of the centennial team.

Connor Glynn – “Playing on the 100th Gopher men’s golf team is an extreme honor to me. Being one of the few kids on the team from Minnesota, it’ll be a memory that will stay with me forever to say I got to play on this team. With the rich history this program has, I can’t wait to make this a memorable year in Gopher golf history.”

Will Grevlos – “It has been an honor to play for the Gophers and continue the rich traditions of this program. It is very special for me to be a part of the 100th year team. Competing as a Golden Gopher has meant creating relationships for the rest of my life and gaining opportunities that I will cherish. I’m excited to create more memories this year with the 100th men’s golf team.”

Harry Plowman-Ollington – “It is an honor and privilege to play for the 100th Golden Gopher golf team as a senior. This year is all about celebrating the rich history of the program and connecting with those who are alumni of this great team. I look forward to competing for this team throughout the year, and I am very grateful for the opportunity I’ve had for the past four years. Thank you, Minnesota!”

Antoine Sale – “It is awesome to be part of the 100th team. To think that this program has been going for a century is mindblowing! Being able to wear the M and represent the University during tournament play is an honor, and I could not be happier to play for this program. Being in a program such as this one, with such a rich history as well as having so many great players on tour or in the golfing world is really cool. We have great support behind us through coaches, staff and donors. I feel very privileged to play for this team!”
