Golf tip of the week: The triangle rules | News, Sports, Jobs

Maintain the triangle throughout the swing
The triangle has been used for thousands of years. Pyramids were built on the triangle theory. It is also present in the golf swing with all good golfers.
The triangle that the arm and shoulders form at the address position must return to the ball in motion. The spine angle must remain the same behind the ball as it was at the address position.
The shoulders coil around the spine, with the club remaining in the center of your chest until waist-high back. The wrists then cock without raising the hands, allowing the shoulder coil to dictate how high the hands go. Just keep the chest moving with the club back and through. The finish should be balanced with the knees, hips, and shoulders level, facing the target.
Don’t forget to enjoy this great game called golf.
