Moving Day at the 2021 PGA Championship promises to produce some drama with the leaders facing the afternoon winds on the Ocean Course at Kiawah Island in South Carolina. After 36 holes, Phil Mickelson and Louis Oosthuizen share the lead at 5 under, but they are far from the only major winners in contention to win entering the weekend. Four-time major winner Brooks Koepka is one stroke back at 4 under, followed by a chase pack at within two strokes that includes recent Masters champion Hideki Matsuyama (-3) and former U.S. Open champion Gary Woodland (-2). 2020 U.S. Open winner Bryson DeChambeau (-1), 2019 Open Championship winner Shane Lowry (E) and even 2011 PGA Championship winner Keegan Bradley (E) sit inside the top 20 heading into Saturday, adding to the pressure on the leaders to go low in the tougher late afternoon wind conditions on the toughest stretch of the Ocean Course. With so many stars in striking distance, it’s going make for a stellar finish to a pivotal third round.
